🔧 HOW IT WORKS

This website is not for individual retail purchases — it’s designed specifically for groups of 4 or more people.

You can customize the color or style of any product listed on our site. Some items have fixed prices, while others may have no visible price or only a price range (e.g., $100–$200).

• If the product you choose has a fixed price:
  Ordering is simple. Just select your design, preferred color, quantity, estimated delivery date, and whether you want custom-made or standard sizes. (You don’t need to provide measurements at this stage.) Then, proceed to checkout and pay as usual.
• If the product has no listed price or only a price range:
  The final cost will depend on your order quantity and desired delivery timeline. In this case, you’ll need to request a quote. To do that, simply follow the same steps as ordering: select your options and click “Request a Quote.” No need to submit measurements yet.

Once we receive your request, we’ll send you a personalized quote within 24 hours. If you accept the quote, we’ll send you a direct link with the agreed price so you can complete your order just like a standard checkout.

✔️ After payment and once your order is confirmed, we move to Phase 2 — the stage where you and your team members will submit your measurements.

You’ll find everything you need in the 📏 Measurements section. Just follow the instructions there.

And for “Creative Models” with incomplete designs, this is the perfect moment for us to complete them together.

• Option 1: Already have ideas for the missing design elements? That’s perfect! Sketch your vision or send us notes — no professional drawing skills required. • Option 2: Don’t have a specific idea yet? No problem! Our design team will complete the unfinished parts (back, sleeves, etc.) and send you a preview for approval.

🟦 PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

After design approval and payment, production will begin. Delivery times vary based on order size and destination, but we always aim to meet your deadline.
