📦 Do we have to pay additional shipping costs?
No. Worldwide shipping is completely free — no extra fees will be charged.
⏳ How long does it take to produce and deliver the order?
- Production time: Typically 3–5 weeks depending on the order size and season.
- Shipping time: Approximately 3–7 business days depending on your location.
🎨 Can I request custom modifications to the designs?
Yes. We can customize colors, fabric types, skirt lengths, and minor design details to suit your team’s preferences.
📏 We don’t have our group’s measurements yet. Can we still place an order or request a quote?
Absolutely. You can request a quote or even place an order without providing measurements right away. Measurements can be submitted later through the team leader. 👉 Refer to our Measurements section for instructions and downloadable forms.
🔁 What is your return and exchange policy?
Because all outfits are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a production defect.
- If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package.
- We’ll work with you to resolve any problems quickly and fairly.
💰 Do I need a PayPal account to pay?
No. You can pay with or without a PayPal account. All major credit and debit cards are accepted through PayPal’s secure system.
👥 Do you offer group discounts?
Yes. Discounts are based on the quantity and timeline of your order. Please request a quote and specify your needs — we’ll provide a personalized offer.
🌍 Will I have to pay customs duties?
Possibly. Some countries may charge import taxes or customs duties. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by destination. Please check your local regulations before placing your order.
🎨 The color listed is "Light Aqua," but it looks different in the photo. Which one is correct?
Colors can appear differently depending on your screen and lighting. Also, some color names may not perfectly match what you see in the photo.
- If you’re unsure, select Color #59 – “Same color as photo” in the color chart.
- You may also send us a reference photo by email, and we’ll help match it as closely as possible. (No need to send fabric samples by post.)
🟩 I love the color in the model photo, but I don’t see an exact match in your color chart. What should I do?
If you don’t find the exact color in the 58 listed shades, simply select Color #59 – “Same color as photo.” This option tells us to use the color shown in the product image, or to match it as closely as possible based on your preferences.
